Excellent customer service from start to finish. The jacket I initially ordered was a size too small, and the company quickly arranged for FedEx to collect it and emailed me the return shipping label, making the whole process very easy.

When I later received an email saying my replacement jacket had been delivered, but I hadn’t received it, I contacted the company and they called me almost immediately to explain where it was and that it would arrive within the next few days — which it did.

What impressed me most was how easy they were to contact and how quickly they responded and sorted everything out.

The jacket itself is exactly as it looked online — great quality, beautifully made, and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
