Returns & Refunds
At MO&Co., we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, our team is here to help — simply reach out and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Return Policy
MO&Co. accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date of the last item on the order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Free returns are provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. There are two ways to cancel:
- Self-serve: Log into your MO&Co. account, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Via email: Contact us at CustomerHelp@moco.com with your order number as soon as possible. Our team will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method upon cancellation. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy above.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. MO&Co. voluntarily extends this to 30 days from the delivery date of the last item on your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal before your order is fulfilled, you may use any of the following methods:
- Self-serve: Log into your MO&Co. account, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Withdrawal Request form: Submit a Withdrawal Request via our online form (also accessible from the footer of our website).
- Via email: Email us at CustomerHelp@moco.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Once your withdrawal is confirmed, MO&Co. will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or evidence of return), to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note: return shipping costs for withdrawal-based returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Return Shipping Fees
All return packages are shipped back to mainland China. You may arrange your own return shipping, or request a prepaid FedEx label from MO&Co. — the label fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item to MO&Co.
- Initiate your return — Log into your
MO&Co. account to submit a return request, oremail us with your order number and reason for return. - Our team responds — MO&Co.'s customer service team will reply within 2 business days from customerhelp@moco.com. If you don't see our reply, please check your spam folder.
- Choose your shipping method — Arrange your own return shipping, or request a prepaid FedEx label from us.
- Repack and ship — Place items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and hand the package to the carrier.
- We process your return — Once MO&Co. receives and inspects the returned item, we will confirm via email.
- Refund issued — Your refund will be processed and you'll be notified by email.
Refund Policy
Once MO&Co. receives your returned item (or confirms evidence of return), we will issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method used for the order.
- For defective or incorrect items: full refund including original delivery costs
- For partial returns: delivery costs and relevant taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at checkout
