Fabulously high waisted

I have a size 25" waist. Bought size S and it fits nicely with the belt to cinch tighter if needed. Might need to size up if your bum is on the plumper side. I found although it fit nicely in the hips and waist, it was riding a little high between the glutes. Looks super cute on tho.
